આ એક કોમેડી નાટક છે. નાટકની શરૂઆત મુંબઈની એક નાનકડી ઓરડીથી થાય છે. જેમાં કેટલાક ભાઈબંધો ભાડે રહેતા હોય છે. દરેક ભાઈબંધને બેકારીને લીધે પૈસાની તંગી પડી રહી હોય છે. ત્યાં જ એક ભુતપૂર્વ રૂમ પાર્ટનર ઘરે આવી પહોચે છે. એટલામાં કુટુંબ નિયોજન માટે એક સ્ત્રી આવી પહોચે છે. અને ઓછામાં પૂરું તેમના ઓરડીનો માલિક ભાડું લેવા આવી પહોચે છે. જ્યાંથી હાસ્યની વણજાર શરૂ થાય છે.
